PMP PDU Books
As you know, you can earn PMP PDUs reading books. You can earn up to 30 PDUs. To calculate the appropriate PDUs, consider the portion of the activity that relates to each PMI Talent Triangle skill area. One hour of instruction related to one of the skill areas equals one PDU and can be broken into quarter hour intervals. For book reading you can estimate an average reading speed of 250 words per minute and calculate the PDUs for any book.
Before going through a list of pmp books that will make you earn from 2 to 8 PDU each, keep in mind that it can be much cheaper to subscribe to any of these two services and pick any other book on Project Management, Leadership, Business & Strategy and technical topics:
Audible Trial
You can access freely any book and report 1 PDU per hour for each audiobook under the Management & Leadership category for example.
Kindle Unlimited Trial
Once subscribed, you can download any ebook included in Kindle Unlimited in eligible categories such as Business & Money and report the according PDU using the formula proposed above.
